Boudoir FAQ

Question

How far in advance should I book your services for my boudoir session?

Answer

I’m typically booked 1-2 months in advance, so I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your preferred date.

If you're booking your boudoir session as a gift, I recommend scheduling it 3-6 months in advance. For brides, I suggest a minimum of 4 months before the wedding to ensure you don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. You already have so much to organize for your big day, so getting this done early will take one more thing off your plate!

That said, if you’re on a tighter timeline, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ve worked some miracles before, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule!

QUESTION

What is your creative fee?

ANSWER

My boudoir creative fee is $395, which includes a one-hour in-studio session, professional makeup and hair, and exclusive access to my boudoir closet. This fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Please note that this fee covers the session itself and does not include any products or digital photos.

question

How long is the session?

answer

The entire boudoir experience typically lasts about 2-4 hours. This includes getting you pampered with professional hair and makeup, followed by your one-hour session. We’ll start by discussing the makeup style you’re envisioning while your hair is setting for that bombshell look! You can relax and unwind during this time with a chilled refreshment or a glass of bubbly—whatever helps you feel your best and ready for the session!

question

How many outfits should I bring? And what should I bring?

answer

I always suggest bringing 3-5 outfits for your boudoir session. When it comes to boudoir, the sky’s the limit! You can bring matching lingerie sets, oversized sweaters, personal items like your significant other's shirt, lacy and sheer pieces, skirts, thigh-highs, stockings, high heels, jewelry, and anything else that makes you feel fabulous. Sometimes, just you in your birthday suit can make for an incredibly stunning photo too—it's all about what makes you feel confident and beautiful!

question

What do you offer in your collections?

answer

My boudoir collections offer a variety of beautiful items, including prints, photo boxes, digital images, and luxury albums.

question

How long will it take to edit my images and how long does it take to get my album?

answer

On average, it will take 2-4 weeks for your gallery to be ready. During this time, I carefully review each image, correcting color, exposure, and contrast, while removing any unwanted blemishes. Please note, I do not modify your body in any way, but instead enhance your images to create beautiful, flattering portraits.

Boudoir albums typically take 4-8 weeks for design and delivery. Each album is personally designed by me and is handmade and printed in Italy. These luxury, one-of-a-kind albums are sure to impress and will beautifully showcase your images for years to come.

question

Where does the session take place?

answer

Your boudoir session will take place at my studio, which is located in my home in Newmarket. The studio is fully set up and designed to provide a beautiful, intimate environment for your session. You’ll also have access to a separate bedroom for outfit changes.

If you’d prefer to have your session at your home, a hotel, Airbnb, or another location, that can absolutely be arranged. Please note that travel fees will apply, and if you choose to rent a room or home for the session, you would be responsible for that fee.

question

What if I don’t want my images used on your website or social media?

answer

Creating beautiful images of women and sharing them on my website and social media is a key way I promote my business. However, your privacy is incredibly important to me. While I would love to share every photo I take, I will always respect your wishes.

At the beginning of your session, you will sign a contract where we’ll go over the use of your images. Some clients are comfortable with sharing all of their photos, while others prefer to keep them private, shared only with their spouse. Whatever your preference, I will fully respect it—your privacy is always my top priority.
