Hockley Valley Resort is a beautiful venue and I was so excited to photograph Christina and Dan’s big day here. The day was brisk with the sun shining and the fall colours were in full effect. C&D are without a doubt a beautiful couple and it stays true on the inside as well. Getting to know them over the last few months was awesome and they are two people that I would totally hang out with. A couple who is fun, throws back shots and considers their fur baby their first born, it was like we were meant to meet! Dan and his buddies had be in stitches, the selfie stick was all the rage in the morning and I think his groomsmen took more photos then I did lol. They laughed, they cheered and after a shot with his boys, Dan was all ready to wait at the alter for his bride. Christina was all glowing when I arrived to the bridal suit, she was with her girls getting ready and getting the final touchups before she would she her soon to be husband. After a sweet visit from her dad and a few shed tears she was ready to become Dan’s wife. The ceremony was intimate and had a beautiful violinist playing sweet romantic songs. Three bridesmaids later and Christina was making her grand entrance. Whenever the bride enters the room I always look back at the groom to see his reaction. Well to say the least Dan’s was adorable as there was a tear in his eye. These moments are what weddings are all about. Vows were exchanged, the rings were placed on one another’s hands and it was all sealed with a kiss. Family on both sides were emotional after this moment and you could see and hear all the love in the room. Congrats Christina & Dan!
